@SziloAh They were a couple but in season 3 he cheated on her twice and nearly killed her, so they stuck to the whole friends thing cause she secretly still loves him :)

@ajdisser - Not to mention she's done way more for Bailey than anyone could (or probably would ever, because she loves him still) I know you can't force someone to love you nor should you, but it is definitely hard to watch, as Sarah does, Bailey go through it all. If that's not love, watching him, "allowing" him have his space, I don't know what is!
