Well, duh if you just pick random people from the street and give them names no one has ever heard of then yes maybe a machine can say it better. But when a company, or something of the sorts, picks someone to say something official they don't just go pick someone from a random street corner. They find professionals who know how to say things the right way. Anyone with an I.Q higher than 3 can figure that out.
