your ok but your all begginers who have been going to gymnastics for a little while all i am saying is post a better video in a few years after you get more experience because i went for four years before i started parkour and it helps alot
can i just say we have actually done that, this video is like 3 years old and only two of us from this video freerun anymore and me and joe have practiced nonstop for 3 years :)
@isleofmanparkour omg i posted my comment ages ago i was a noob then im still going with parkour im very good now id have a video but broke my arm but that was a trampoline accident lol havent stop training (legwork) and if your still free running keep going man. paper wings !!!
but 1 thing... you should whatch yourself.. those straight drops off of that big wall were dangerous... you should do them moving a little more so you just dont go straight down it would make it safer because you can roll for landing
yeah, uh...i'm trying not to be too mean...you guys should do backflips flat ground, not off a picnic table. i liked the frontflips off the wall though

lol exercise more or just practice with your shoes on more often i found that it helps alot if u do
