wow...how great of an example this is for us younger khmers to hold onto our values, traditions, and arts. This is the first class of dancers after the khmer rouge. How flawless the dancers are, and the musicians. Even after our fellow khmers tried to erase everything. I beg all of the younger generations, including me 22 years old, to hold tight to our heritage. I have had the honor of dancing under the direction of Neak Kru Sophiline Cheam Shapiro. I was only in folk dance, but im honored.

I believe the female goddess in the third pair (after Sathya/Masady) is neak kru You Vanndy. I saw videos of her on google, teaching students in Maryland and France.

woooo another robam dance back in the 80's! omg i cant believe that piseth pilika is in this dance that is so amazing! all of those dancers are mostly teachers or master by the way they dance perfectly. thanx for sharing!
