If you really want to experience Zambia don't bother with Lusaka. Rent a car and drive North - make sure to pick people up if you have a truck. It''s pretty intimidating at first, but by the end we had 14 people standing in the back of our vehicle - they were all so thankful, it was really quite humbling.
