Situations like this can easily be avoided if funding for programs to help convicted felons to get jobs existed instead of big govt bailout for wallstreet gangsters. If a tarp money existed in ever poor neighborhood it would prevent crime from happening. Programs for job training, help in getting jobs, resume building and even Financial help would prevent things like this from happening. Crime rate will go down. But no it doesn't happen instead they give the big gangsters the safety net instead.
