well I have a really interesting bootleg, a 1994 concert where it was raining like hell(!) and they played run like hell but the delay(maybe the whole rack) just shut down when you can hear what David is actually playing with a dry sound and it's like :

most people on youtube play it like

the first chord is a regular F chord played on the first 4 strings. I then play on the 4th string F and D# trying to be syncronized with the delay. The other chord is a regular A chord followed by A and G on the 4th string. Keep in mind this is Not the way Gilmour plays it.
