Yeah, think I just caught the tail end of it. Three lanes merge to two and then down to one, so plenty of fun to be had there when it's busy: Romford Rd, just west of the North Circular.

Yes, looks like the Fiesta was actually behind the other car, and was trying to undertake and barge back in. Probably something going on beforehand.
