I wish I could swipe my 45 with one arm as well as you do with two. That is truly inspiring! I do say that maybe you shouldn't work to failure like that, it could halt your progress. GREAT WORK THOUGH!!
Thank You! I started out with really light clubs and a serious spinal injury some 3 years ago if I can do it I know one day you will be doing it too. I have ideas surrounding working to failure. Its a mixed bag. For me, working with the double swipes as timed strength/endurance, anytime I get 1 -2 reps more is progress for me, but I document each of my training sessions so I am always moving towards a new PR. Without measured parameters, working to failure is probably not a good idea.
