one thing that sucks in tri about rathian and rathalos is that when they charge they dont fall down unless they are low stamina, but on the bright side hammers drain stamina :D

it is mhp2ndG. ( Monster Hunter Portable 2ndG ) It is japanese version of Monster Hunter Freedom Unite. ( MH3 doesn't have this armor/weapon )

I've gone wild against them. I even used flash bombs and traps to go faster.... I abandoned after 20 minutes of continuous hitting on the weakspots...

The maximum I can do with this equipment is make a guide only video. That is to say I won't show a whole fight. Can't you get the golden falchion ? It'll be way easier.

akantor bow is useless against hypnoc. But prominence 3 is very powerful. ( not adapted, but that doesn't change a thing XD ).

But choose please : hammer OR bow. I won't do both...

weak raw power, and also, hypnoc are immune to dragon attribute ^^ That's pretty much why ^^

no you can't. Felyne elder quests are HR quests, not G. sorry '^^. The last monster of the felyne elder is the akantor. ( HR6 )

wait a minute...who is the shogun and who is the ninja????? and it never takes me this short to kill a gold rathian...im mhf the only gold rath is g-rank,therefore taking me 20 or more minutes just for scales and shells...no plates or rubies...good job though

The shogun is my friend since he is wearing a full shogun ceanataur set and uses a killer's scythe ( ceanataur GS )

The ninja is me : wearing full Naruga set, using hidden saber.

And in mhf2/mhfu gold ian exists in both HR ( hard rank ( HR 6 ) ) and G rank ( HR 9 )

yes. It is a rathian after all ^^

She is A LOT faster when enraged, she hits hard, she can do back flips after a fireball or during a charge, she can do curved charges and she can stop her charge when she wants. She can also turn 90° while doing her backflip.

But... she is a rathian ! so the attacks are the same... easy as pie.

The only thing you have to keep in mind is that her weakspot changed : moved from head/legs to wings. And she is even weaker to thunder XD

a positive affinity give you chances to land a critical strike ( +25% damage ) and a negative affinity means chances to do a less powerful hit ( -25% damage )

Other than that, it is 11 hits by doing T, T, C, T, R, T, R, T, R.
