*** for anyone who doesn't have "animation" under windows (like me): In the tool box thing, at the bottom theres a button called jump to imageready. click that! in image ready you can do animation there. "animation" will be under window.

Save it as a GIF, but then open the files in windows movie maker or any other movie maker program and render it in the file format you want to have

This is what you do in PS Elements.

1. Draw a frame.

2. Drag layer to the button where it says: New layer.

3. There should be a layer called "Layer 1 copy"

4. Draw the frame.

5. Repeat this over and over, but if you want it to animate more frames without it being too big, delete some frames or change the canvas resolution.
