we are Arameans syriac and syria belongs to syriac arameans,the central and the holliest part of our liturgies in the church is in aramic ,the rest in arabic..becuase most ofus don't speak the language no more..same in europe some parts of liturgies are in latin and the rest in french,spanish or italian,german,etc..depends on the country.
