To my understaning ive heard creatine is bad for you because I heard it can destroy your kidneys. Creatine takes alot of water so if you are drinking enough water for it is it still bad for you?
@weightGainNetwork did you take creatine be4 u were 18? jw cus im 17 and i know your not meant to take it untill your 18 but i feel like the companys do that to cover themselves. can i take it

what is the difference between working all muscle groups in one day, 3 days a week and working separate muscle groups on separate days, each group 2 days a week. also which on is better and give the best results and why? a response would be great and i cant wait to get the Weight Gain Blueprint
@cstein03 I find it's better to do a 3-day split. This allows your muscles to rest and grow for an entire week before hitting them again. If you're a skinny guy or hardgainer this is important. Although guys have gotten results by doing full-body workouts as well. I just prefer 3-day splits.
Hey Jeff. I know you always say to do compound exercises such as squats, military press etc. But there are only like 7 good compound exercises so in my workouts should I combine compound with isolation or just do the same exact compound exercises over and over. I was told that you should not work the same body part 2 days in a row so do compound exercises work if that's all I do?
@Mr2012Music you gotta do a split. Build your workouts around compound movements. For ex : for chest/triceps you would start off with the bench press variations, then move on to some dips and then basically one or two mow exercises to isolate your chest and tris and then your done. Always start you workouts by doing compound movements and try to go is heavy as possible. Yea never work the same muscle group two days in a row. Youll over train
@RexieTheKing No, only if you overdose on creatine. When you take too much creatine your body has to excrete the excess as a waste product called creatinine. And over time this constant excretion of creatinine can put a lot of stress on your kidneys and liver. Just don't overdose, simple as that.
