  • My brothers and I just came back from college/med school last night - literally all of us dropped dead and slept for a good 13-16 hours.

    But it's all easier said than done, especially when keeping up with the rigor of your courses, jobs, and extra-curriculars. The sad part is that I've gotten much better at managing my time than in HS (which was just as difficult with all the sports/APs I had), yet I get <4 hours of sleep w/ the occasional all-nighter.

    This better be all worth it in the end.

  • Don't eat after a certain time and tire yourself out. Looking at things like the TV and computer late at night can keep you up. If you forget your staying up. Set your alarm clock for a sleep time as well as a wake up time. Don't sleep light often or you could ruin yourself more than you know.
