im lookin at 22in wheels and 35in tires...

ive noticed an interesting factor while doin my research. Some tires listed @ 35-12.50-22 are in fact a pinch shorter than 35, actually as short as 34.3 inches while others listed @ 35in are a tad taller closer to and over 36inches.

I also noticed the 325-50-22 tires ("36's") are claiming 35 inches.... Hankooks are over 36inches while the Nitto's are 34.8inches.

Did you notice any of that while tire shopping?

@TGandCOpaintball your set if you got 25k dog, a 16" fts lift is gonna cost you 5k plus install, then if you want to make it look good get it powder coated and thats gonna be around 2k, rims and tires if you go with any 20" truck rims its gonna be around 3-4k depending on brand of tires, i built mine up for around 15k and I had enough left over for new subs, headunit, tailgate shaved, roll pan, shaved bed caps, everything painted to match, and 8 fox reservoir shocks with a pois rear end, all 20k

@zaw1112 IFS is more for a comfortable ride. It got thrown into the truck industry to accomadate the everyday driver for a truck. Once you start lifting those things.. the cv axle has a tight angle and sometimes they tend to snap when offroading as oppossed to a straight axle that you just throw on springs and what not. a lot of peeps do a sas which is the swap to get that axle.
