I think I saw something like this on G4onDemand and it was said to help disabled gamers because it senses the electrical pulses that would make your fingers move. I don't remember whether it was a company that announced this tech or if it was a university but I certainly hope it becomes marketable soon, because my girlfriend hates not being able to play games.
