  • TEXAS :-)))

  • I have one of these on my keyring at all times, love it and recommend it to anyone. Wrote a blog post straight after I bought mine.

  • You crack me up..that is a great review. I also love the Piccolo by Hohner, but the Puck is more affordable. Other players laugh at the Puck, until I plug in and show what it can do.Bless you!

  • Too bad Seydels are not sold in stores here in USA. Gotta buy mail order, but n.p. - love this harp. When I get the cash, gonna order one.

  • Why do I get the feeling Seydel gives you these harmonicas for free? And why on earth would anyone want a harp w only 6 holes?

  • Hi Christellester,

I am impressed over and over again of you,

    Everything good from Germany. Volker

  • why settle for 6 when you can have ten?

  • The Godfathers Theme! Wonderfull!!! Thanx!!!!!

  • maravilhosa...

  • hey Cristelle guess what I got one for christmas its great .

  • I love your accent!!!

    AND YOUR HARMO PLAYING TOO!!!!!!!

  • Great little harmonica!

  • Can I find this little jewel in Italy too?

  • Je me suis fait un petit plaisir et l'ai commandé hier ! J'ai hâte de tester cet harmo :o)

  • Another question Ms. Christelle. How ling in inches in the Big 6?

  • Ms. Cristelle, Since your romance with Seydel, do you find the stainless reeds hold their tunings much longer than traditional materials?

  • Ms. Cristelle, The Big Six has great sound. I have been playing special 20 for a while now and the 6 hole concept is very good. I have wondered why harmonicas in the higher type keys have notes that for most part are not of use. If Seydel would produce a D with a plastic comb im in. And of course you play most excellent.

  • You are an amazing harmonica player. I just happened upon you yesterday when I was watching some other harmonica players. You have a very nice sound and very very good skill. Thank you for posting.

  • HAs it got Steel or Brass reeds Does the big 6 sound as loud as the seydel 1847 - thanks love your videos

  • I'm intrigued. what exactly is the hole pattern for this? is it like a normal diatonic?

  • Yes, indeed

  • Thank you for the course. I din't know before this small harmonica!

  • got my self one of these little beautys after seeing your demo

  • me, too

  • Great sound for a small instrument. It tickles me that it comes in a can; just like a can of peanuts or camp food. Well, I guess it's cheaper to use what's available than having a new sized case made for it. I wonder if anybody will ever accidentally open it and dump in into the soup pot without looking.

  • you're funny man

  • Great Pitch!

  • Thanks for reviewing different harmonicas.

    Please advise me-

I am a beginner (very much so)

    and don't have much money.

My best harp is a Marine Band by Hohner.

Is the Seydel 1847 worth the cost for a beginner

or should I wait till I "outgrow" my Marine Band?

Will the 1847 make it easier to learn?

    Thanks

  • In fact even if I genuinely beleive that it's not the instrument who makes the musician, to have a descent instrument to play on is especially for a beginner is important so YES Seydel 1847 (the Silver is great) is a very good choice.

  • I guess I'll have to start saving my pennies.

I do hope to become competent with the harmonica one day, so I'll do it. Thanks very much for taking the time to answer questions. It is very kind of you.

  • Thank you for sharing this, I am goung to buy a Big Six soon..Haave you had a chance to view my videos yet? and please leave a comment..thank's..

  • I'll take a look at your youtube today and I'll tell you my overall impression

  • I bought one several months ago when they first came out, and I love it!

It plays as nice as the 1847's.

It only comes in the key of C... I would love to have one in the key of A... and maybe a key of G... and maybe a Low F too!

  • I know I would like it too, I'll pass the information to Seydel

  • so it's like the first six holes of a regular harmonica?

    Range is C (b1) to A (d6)?

  • YES

  • wow...so cool. maybe Rupret will have some a SPAH. It sounds wonderful.
