Bush negotiated with maliki to have a time horizon - maliki thought of this as a time table - once bush got home repubs started spewing shit about time horizons being non binding. Maliki then endorses obamas plan for a time withdrawl be cause- HE WANTS US OUT. If we stay in a democratically ruled country against its leaders will they'll declare us what we are - invaders -and given the orders for their men to fire on US troops.
