  • Photographed Kendo in 94 at the Haystacks match (Doc for TV) Also took the Kendo/ryan photo at the drums...

  • and this was the worst scenario of all

  • LAME !! he is a shame for kendo... kendo uses sword he uses fists... he should die (y)

  • Kendo is and always will be a HUGE inspiration.

Many reasons, the mystery, the skill, the drumming, the spooky eyes, the showmanship. A TRUE LEGEND, Mon The mighty KENDO NAGASAKI .

  • Kendo Nagasaki has and will always until the day of my death be my absolute favorite wrestler! Wherever you are now Kendo i hope you can see how much i have almost worshipped you ever sence the first time i saw you in the ring! Good journeys to you from now...

  • How dare Big Daddy try to desecrate the mask of the true legend-Kendo Nagasaki!

  • well, Kendo did pin him

  • Way to go Kendo!

  • I've Gt The 1st ITV World Of Sport DVD

N Me Dads Met Kendo N Asked 4 A Picture N He Said Piss Off XD

  • My grandad said he was the best.Certainly it was a good gimick that he wore a mask.Mark rocco lives near my grandad and he said kendo was the best.

  • The second best Kendo Nagasaki ever in wrestling. The number one was a big star in the big time rings of the U.S.A. This guy was only a star in the U.K. Did this guy even try to make it big anywhere important like America or Japan?

  • Important? In the 60's and 70's Britain had the most exiting wrestling on the planet, it was the place to be for real, pure wrestlers.

He went to Stu Hart's Stampede Wrestling in Canada in the 70's.

  • hes was the best, The UK one invented the character and British Wrestling was more popular than american wrestling at the time

  • British Wrestling was more popular than American Wrestling, huh?

Guess what; not in America it wasn't.

I was just being an idiot with my statement. Didn't mean to offend the good folks of the U.K.

Still, it's kind of funny that this guy who was obviously a white guy, was supposed to be from Japan. At least the wrestler in America, Kazuo Sakurada, looked the part.

No one in this country ever knew anything about British wrestling until YouTube. From what I've seen, it was cool.

  • You folks had some interesting rule. No shortage of entertaining characters: Big Daddy (not very good in the ring, but good charisma) and Giant Haystacks were lots of fun. And then there were guys like Mark Rocco and The Dynamite Kid who were simply sensational!

Of course both of those lads went on to make money in Japan and Dynamite made it BIG in the WWF.

    Great stuff.

    Cheers.

  • 4:00 she's a hottie

  • If i ever become a pro wrestler my name would be hendo nagasaki :D

  • Anyone notice a slightly younger more responsive Big Daddy actually lose in this clip. Turns out he wasn't the total master of the universe after all :)

  • Bloodly brilliant!! he was one of the best.

King Kendo Nagasaki "get the mask off"

  • Kendo Nagasaki, surely is the best wrestler ever in the UK if not the World. I met Him a few years ago and you couldn't meet a nicer person He's now on LDN on the Fight Network and as good as ever if not better. KENDO NAGASAKI is Wrestling.

  • King Kendo Nagasaki!!!!!!!!!!!

  • simply horrible

  • what?

  • Dickie looks old now. haven't seen him for years.

  • Kendo will be wrestling again for LDN later in May!!!

  • Excellent! Forgot how good Kendo was, he must be well in his 60's now! Who needs the WWE when we had this! Long live Kendo!

  • Amazingly, Kendo is still doing his gimmick as a manager of sorts over in LDN.

  • 62 I think.
