@haibtuag ~ I strongly believe that the singer is Tae. I asked my mom & lots of my friends agree. Tae ... was a great Thai , singer back in the late 80d's to the early ~ mid 90d's. He was considered one of the top artists' back in that era he mostly sang slow jams & slow thai rock.
