If you think about it this was a GREAT MOVIE. The only thing they did to make it do poorly was call it Tekken and put Tekken characters in it. Thats what got all the Tekken fans excited then dissapointed....this is basicly just a martial arts movie that they called Tekken. ITS A GREAT MOVIE!!!

I watched this movie and you think that come on Tekken wouldn't be as hard to make work in live action than Dragonball is. Of course though this movie wasn't good. The best part of this movie is when Jin fought Law. I mean that fight was pretty cool and was one of the only high points like Goku's fight with the bullies in DBE (that was the best part of DBE) I just rented it off of psn and it's not unwatchable but it is still bad but, we still had fun with it. Making fun of it.

Ugh... investors need to stop giving funding to the Uwe Bowls of the world. Street fighter alpha and the original animated street fighter films are the only 2 movies based on fighting games that I enjoyed (as far as I can remember anyways, getting old...), and I'm not even an anime fan (outside a few exceptional ones). These movies are why I dread a Metal Gear movie made in hollywood...

I know this movie won't do well, DBE sucked ass. This movie ain't going to do well b/c of how they change the characters around. Seriously, Jin with gf?!?!? How dare they do that! Jin never had one a gf at all, even as Xiaoyu has feelings for him, but he doesn't want to continue the bloodline. Movies like these are just an insult to the fans so movie producers can cash in on it. I've been playing Tekken since the 1st game. I suggest watching it online and torture how bad it is.

Besides, Kuriyama is Japanese, Ling is CHINESE! If anyone should've been rumored for the role of Ling Xiaoyu, it should've gone to eith Zhang Ziyi or Zhang Jingchu....but both were too busy for the film anyway, sooo....sorry internet trolls...swing-and-a-miss! ;D better luck next time! There's no proof that Nathan Jones will appear as Craig Marduk...no, Asuka won't be in the film-it will throw off the purpose of making a decent film of this genre, and yes, Dragonball Sucked ass, even though it grossed over $50 million from its $30 million budget (not $100 million) leaving room for a potential sequel no matter what we think! And yes, this film will be hot, so all you haters need to shut up and give the film the chance it deserves! :)

the dragon ball sequel should be good cuz it has WAY more potential than wut the 1st movie did since in the sequel they are just gonna fight raditz. dat leaves plenty of time to develop a script dat has more dialoqgue and explanation in it since the raditz saga was extremely short

is double dragon better? i never saw it but i know it made WAY less money. if u add up the dvd sales and rentals compared to the total box-office opposed to the $30 million budget, it made twice as much money. potential sequel? yes. if it makes barely twice its budget again then it'll end up like the fantastic four movies...not a trilogy
