Well, u just can't know how far may Tracy's ability go... She first needed to touch someone to freeze it, now she could make a cold snap and freeze everything around her without touching nothing.
Perhaps she can become water, join her body again and becamoe solid (as T-1000 lol), i would like that... i mean, work on solid and liquid material, not just being a "freezer". And also when your body is cut in 100 pieces, you wouldn't be able to blink an eye ;) .. waiting for next ep.
