Add to that someone who's entire career in life is spent convincing people of his point of view and there ya go: easy profit.

I certainly don't agree with "prosperity preaching", because man was never instructed to serve YHWH for riches in return. He may not be perfect, but he is dead on with his Creation evidence. To throw all that out with the bath water over prosperity preaching would be ludicrous! You should focus on the pollution our kids get from evolutionists in our schools instead.
