@HeLLoL1234 It's something which to really be good at you have to have learnt to play instruments by ear from a very young age. As you get older your brain makes less neural connections, so it's harder to learn new motor skills, like playing an instrument by ear. I guess it's still possible to learn but kinda 1000x more difficult, and you'll never be as naturally good at it as someone who learnt it when they were 3 years old or something. Blame the parents, I say :)

It's also a fact that learning new languages is much easier for children, because your brain prunes the cells that aid learning. Music is effectively another "language" so works similarly (particularly musical notation). The learning process of an adult is very different to that of a child, an adult has to approach learning piano in a much more technical effortful way using induction and deduction.

Even with the music sheets there, it seems pretty logical that he's not playing from them. What he's playing is probably equivalent to at least six sheets of music, and only three sheets (that he can see) are on the stand. Just something to think about for all who still doubt his originality. ;)
