you certainly kill people with it and it is realitivly quiet but it takes longer to kill someone that way rather than using a knife

It's a useful "stealth" tool except for the fact that if there's someone next to the wall they can hear that and people still hear the wall blow up...it's just not as loud.

Useful on certain occasions though.
