Ok if you want to fix the Gray Screen, the follow these instructions:

1.Download darwin snow iso

2. Burn it to a dvd ( i used ImgBurn)

3. Insert the dvd and Then power on your virtual machine

go to internet assistant on osx.

right click that internet thing at bottom right side of windows.

click status and it will show your ip, subnet mask and one more thing. type that into osx and hit ok.

make sure internet is set to NAT in vmware.
