The video is Volume 5 of a series called Kodokan Judo. I got the whole series in Japan yrs ago. The video label says it's distibuted by Rainbow Audio and Video.

The first 4 Volumes are in Japanese but the instruction is amazing! Each throw is demonstrated by several different Kodokan Instructors with their particular version as well as shown in competition. The last volume is what you're seeing. It's all in English and goes through every throw in Judo. Definitely worth searching for.
