Govt. need to cut their own spending and let the free market system take over. Research the 1920s non-depression. How the US government cut spending in half and the country recovered in a year from what would have been the date of the depression. Later stimulus was applied and years following that the depression finally hit.

Here in America our products are strangled by such a rediculous amount of red-tape... it's so much easier to return a better profit by manufacturing things elsewhere.
