My rat terrior does this, just like her dad did. But he would grab a mouth full out of the bowl , spit it out on the floor, then eat it one bit at a time.
My Chihuahuas and my pug do that! They get a mouth full of food, go to a corner and pick out the pieces that the like...if they don't like something they hide it in the couch
That is exactly what my dog does, he goes all the way over to his bowl, gets some food into his mouth, and walks over to the carpet, chews it, and walks back to repeat the process, it's hilarious, My dog is a Chiweenie, he's just the cutest thing ever, and he's pretty darn entertaining.
i thought my pomeranian was such a weirdo cus she does this and most dogs scarf up their food right from the bowl. she does it cus shes scared of everything including the sound of the kibble cracking when she bites into them
why does he have to be neutered? because everyone says they could develope cancer and other problems if they aren't? if that was the case then why aren't male humans neutered too? I mean they could develope testicular or prostate cancer so why not neuter to solve that too? you see my point? testosterone is good for the dog. it keeps them lean and in shape same for a human. ths whole neutering thing is a myth probably started by vets for extra income. i have never neutered and all my dogs were ok
@SergioCalcio: Thousands of dogs are euthanized each year because there is not enough homes for them (over population). When a dog is not neutered, he may get loose and mate with a stray female. And when the female gives birth, the pups will be strays and will roam the streets. Most strays suffer and die from starvation, diseases, parasites, freezing, or being hit by cars.
thats's very true. However if you are a responsible pet owner then there is no reason that should happen. Studies show there are more negatives than postives towards a dog's health after he is neutered. The only positive is that he won't develope testicular cancer and for irresponsible pet owners there won't be any breeding. However there are many more negatives, increase risk obesity,4 times risk prostate cancer, more likely to develope cognitive impairment condition as they age.
The only argument for pro neutering that is valid is to prevent stray breeding. This can be solved by a simple vasectomy and is a far better alternative for a males dogs health. Dogs have managed for thousands of years without neutering, it's best to keep it that way.
@SergioCalcio If you are a responsible dog owner who can prevent your dogs from breeding, then kudos, you can definitely get away without having your dogs altered. However, for the myriad of other pet owners who are too lazy/unwilling to monitor there pets, and then have pets' offspring given to CraigsList to just about anyone who gives them a few hundred bucks, then yeah... I think neutering/spaying is necessary.
I thought my dog Zack was the only dog i've known or heard of to do this. whether it's milk bones or dog chow, he will get one kibble and go to couch and repeat it.he doesn't do it as much now but still does it. ((((5 stars my friend!))))
my chihuahua does this also. and now my dobi is starting to do it too. lol he is younger and copies what the chi does. he just grabs alot more food...
I have a Chihuaua I don't know why but she does the same thing as ur, she gets her food, brings it across the room, eats it and goes back and does the same thing, i wonder why, do u?
omg my chihuahua eats like that too! my chihuahua actually looks a little bit like pablo (with the black spots and yellow "eyebrows"). whenever i put food in his bowl if it's something small like pelleted dog food he'll stand there and eat it, walk around and then come back and chews on some more. if he gets like a small piece of chicken in his bowl he grabs it in his mouth and walks away with it to his "hiding" place where he puts it down and eats. lol
Lmao, I thought my baby was the only one who eat her food like that. I really miss mine. She went to Rainbow bridge after 14 fantastic yrs with me. I miss her so much Pabs has really helped me a lot in missing her.She used to sit in my lap and watch Pabs n Rams
My dog doesnt do the same thing hes a pug. Every time he sees a piece of food he go's beserk and runs away charges at you and slams his head in to a wall. Hes 7 months old and he had a previos owner i think he got abussed or some thing. any anyways if you think you know how to solve it or got any thing to help please reply.

my chi hides her treats. i was sitting in my room when she walks in, goes behind my desk, and runs out with a bone. i even find them long after shes hidden them. she also grabs a mouthful of food, runs to the carpet, eats it, then back to the bowl.
I think it is an ancient throwback, to wolves and primitive dogs, grab your own piece of food and then get back before another animal gets all of it, you'll still have your few small pieces. My Schipperke used to do that.
strange, my toy fox terrier does this too. i always thought it was just because he was used to stashing away his food before other dogs could get it at the breeder's.
lol my little guy Nester does the exact same thing... after doing this for a while, he'll get bored, and lay down on his bed, overlooking the food bowl. If one of my other dogs comes near his food bowl, he growls. He growls and barks up a storm, but he never bites.
haha aren't chihuahua's funny this way!? I've even experimented putting the food on a carpet mat and they still take it away from the bowl to eat!!! LOL
My chi does that too. ^_^ She was really bad when she was little, she'd take a couple pieces, run to a different room to chew them and then come back for more. XD
yeah yeah my Chi does the same thing...WHERE'S RAMSEY???? we still need Ramsey videos...Ram Zee...Ram Zee...Ram Zee!! We here detect favoritism hhhmmmmmm?
my chihuahua does the same thing i have two dogs and my other dog would always look at me wants me to play with it and then when i give both of my dog its food my chihuahua would take all the food from the other blow and my dog would look back and be like wheres my food? LOL
Guess Pablo needs an extra chuck of food every day. Running back and forth like that burns calories! My babe used to do that too until I started putting one tablespoon of tinned food under the dry one - bingo!

lol My chihuahua eats like that too. Also, she takes peices of her food and hides it in secret places around the house, mostly in the couches. I think it's her way of keeping the cats from getting it.
Haha..our yorkiepoo carries his whole bowl to the livingroom carpet and eats while he watches tv. Absolutely a true story although it sounds far-fetched:)
Unless directly involved with animal husbandry, to make notice of an animals genitalia in their natural state is considered to be: very rude, of poor taste, and extremely immature. Out of the whole video, that's all you remembered and just had to comment on?! Grow up! If you have a problem with Gods' design, shoot yourself, and take it up with Him. There is a book for people like you, its titled, "Everyone poops" ... it has pictures for the big words.
Oh my god are you for real?? Seriously?? Have you ever heard of "SENCE ON HUMOUR"? I actually manage a dog rescue centre and show dogs, so please dont insinuate what i think your insinuating you sick perverted freak. And if you can find the part where i said i had a problem with a dog's design, then please feel free to highlight it and show me.
Oh, we're dealing with an intelligent person - I forgot. Usually, most people (that are smart) are smart enough to know that plain text is devoid of tone. Since your joke sucked in the first place, without annotation: smiley face, words "joke, laugh, giggle, smile" it is only able to be taken at face value.
Did you really waste your time writing all that crap? Mabelina2775 was making a joke, but as they said, you need a sence of humour to understand that. The only one who needs to be shot is you for having a sick warp mind. YUK!
Paco does that, we thought his original owners had a bigger dog and they fed them both at the same time. We thought the bigger dog growled my dog away and such. lol
Maybe Pablo enjoy his meal while his paws stand on a carpet? :) Just a thought :)

Pablo doesn't like to eat on hard floors! He prefers the plush carpet! That is just too cool!

God is capitalized
Sense, not sence
Humor, not humour
Don't, not dont
I is always capitalized
Oh, we're dealing with an intelligent person - I forgot. Usually, most people (that are smart) are smart enough to know that plain text is devoid of tone. Since your joke sucked in the first place, without annotation: smiley face, words "joke, laugh, giggle, smile" it is only able to be taken at face value.

Sence is how we spell it in Port Talbot
Humour is the proper English spelling
In your case only "U" is missing, literally!
Funny how you think my joke sucked when it was YOU who had 6 thumbs down the last time i checked.
mabelina2775 2 years ago
Did you really waste your time writing all that crap? Mabelina2775 was making a joke, but as they said, you need a sence of humour to understand that. The only one who needs to be shot is you for having a sick warp mind. YUK!
