@hyefi I think that's bullcrap. Beating the living shit out of your child and disciplining them are entirely different things. I look at the kiddos nowadays and go, holy shit, someone teach this kid the meaning of respect. I got smacked when I deserved it. Now, some kid doesn't feel like behaving, all of a sudden s/he's ADD and they drug 'em up. (Which is not to subtract from legitimate cases.) And then they all stand there wondering why the rest of the world thinks America is lazy and stupid.
