my puppy got in the same condition, while he was a new born, he drinking milk from his mom with his legs like that, when he got older he walk jus tlike the cat, and he die shortly after, his joint got twisted or something he cant stand up traight like normal puppy, we help him stand but he walked for a bit then he fell again =[

This kitten was born with splayed legs or frog legs as it's sometimes called. Some are worse than others and if not too badly deformed the kitten will grow out of it. Other times the kittens back legs are too bad and the only option is to euthanase. I have experience of both, so to quote animal cruelty is both incorrect and insensitive to the owner! Very cute kitty!

No, I would not say abuse, but it is possible that he has a deformity. We had a kitten like this (a little worse off) his rear legs never turned upright and he had to drag himself around by his front legs after a certain age because they eventually quit working (look into this a little more, it is a valid concern). We ended up euthanising him because he could not get to the food to save his life.

At the same time the floor might also be slippery. I am 12 and i know this so either you don't think about the details. or just like to make excuses to yell animal abuse!

@5tomboy8 I am 40 yrs old and I grew up with MANY animals and we had many cats and dogs, cows, horses that had babies. I feel no one should come to the conclusion to think this is ok. Consider all possibilites so that you can help others to understand that animals can be born with defects, and get health problems like ourselves, people shouldnt pass this off with statements to disensitize others. most new borns dont drag their legs. we dont know its life or who people really care for their pets.
