hmm interesting, in my experience watching the aerosol planes come in they are usually followed, especially with heavy spraying, by "flash storms", short powerful, intense, rain, hail, snow, etc. And I have always but them together. @ThereseMarie59 Chemtrails are nasty. They start here at daybreak and by noon the sky is a sick milky white. You might have something there. Makes sense given that they use aluminum and barium. Both having energy reflective properties. It would be like making a "movie screen" in the sky, so to speak. Then they just have to project whatever image they want onto it.

@kimberleymanrique Another one! Did you watch this video? I'm sorry, but you are not correct. The way HAARP works is fully described by Dr. Eastlund. All you need to do is read it. I have provided the material under the video. There are no mysterious beams or bouncing off of land sites. It is simple thermodynamics. Hot air rises, the cooler, surrounding air takes its place. HAARP provides the "heat" by exciting the particles in the lower ionosphere.

To gain perspective on how something works you either look at its design, like the patent disclosure, or you take it apart (Not exactly practical). Its design is pretty specific on how it can manipulate the weather. In fact, very specific. There is not need to speculate - it's all right there. That's my only beef with Dutch. He needs it to make HAARP rings to fit his claim. It doesn't. :)

The funniest thing about ol Dutch weed's "theory" is, Doppler radar's maximum tilt is about 55,000 feet. That's as high into the atmosphere as it can see.  The ionosphere starts at 250,000 feet. Plus, both system operate on different frequencies - Doppler radar can only see the frequency it puts out when the raves come back to the radar dish. Dutch = scam. Ultimate fail.
