use ceps mushroom....works wonderfull
...and never use a pot like the lady is doing...always use a flat base pan....stock evaporates faster and rice wont be lumpy

forgot, i reduce white wine along shallots before i put rice.

butter, shallots, rice, chicken stock and keep stiring season with ground garlic, salt and pepper. finish with thyme leaves.
sometimes in a special occation, i put mushrooms.
