The words of this book were collected after the prophet's death, and anyone in charge of this job could have included these verses for their political reasons. What makes you so sure Paul met Satan and Mohammed didn't? Jesus changed Paul's heart and he saw that Jesus was the Messiah that was prophecized in the Old Testament, the Lamb of God that takes away the sins of mankind. Paul never abandoned the Torah and the scriptures of the prophets, unlike Mohammed who made his own religion for his own glory.
