You are correct!. That is where everyone starts at least if it`s your first time doing auto-x. But I have made necessary changes to improve my times AND to continue to hold better lines. Granted it`s a passat but the improvements I`ve made from last year have made the cars handling characteristics 100% better. I do have more recent videos that may or may not show the difference. yes, being a novice does matter. Your lines could've been improved significantly and your time couldve been dropped by a second or two atleast.
none the less, as long as your having fun, thats what auto-x is for.
