  • first of all there's nothing wrong with supplementing with protein, it's natural and if you work and go to school like me you won't be able to eat 4-5 small meals a day and get a gram of protein for every pound you weigh because that's the requirements for muscle building. Now steroids are a totally different story. I take a multi-vitamin, protein, fish oil (cardiovascular health), and glucosamine for my bad joints. All are naturally occuring substances that you can get from food if u had time.

    gripping the bar will put alot of pressure on your wrist too when u r flat on the floor the arm share some pressure so your wrist wouldnt carry all the weight

Some also say that I'm crazy because I am working with 60kg on bench at 15 years old?? Is this really so crazy?? I think that anyone could do exercise with weight I am doing... and I'm still going to put more and more weight on if 60kg's will be to easy to do... Does that really makes me crazy?

  • No, I think it's great that you have started out early in life - thats just about the only thing I regret, that I didn't start building muscle in some way earlier - because it means you'll have it as a lifestyle and long term muscle is stronger and much nicer looking too, and you'll help your body to health for the rest of your life. Remember jealousy can make people talk a lot of shit, just ignore it. Being healthy and strong is more important, and they will all envy you later too. :D - Joe

He looks like his between 15-25 and is just working hard naturally i know cause im exactly around his size.   • @heisback112 Proteins don't give you the ability to do these things. Training does. If you know a protein or drug that will enable you to immediately jump into handstand push ups, slap yourself immediately because you're dreaming.

  • Well done. I'm training HSPUs too. I can't do them without parallettes though, my right hand is kinda screwed and can't take the pressurre. Right now I'm doing ordinary pushups with extra weight.

  • well... regular handstand push ups with out using the parallettes is more using your fingers for balance... using the parallettes is more using your wrist for balance... it's not much of a difference though... just take's alittle bit more bnt balance for the parallettes HSPU... check my other account... I did 9 HSPU on the parallettes the account name is mikeconditioning
