hey can you tell me how to get the balance needed to even be able to do a handstand without a wall lol i really want to do these but i cant get off the damn wall with handstands!

first of all there's nothing wrong with supplementing with protein, it's natural and if you work and go to school like me you won't be able to eat 4-5 small meals a day and get a gram of protein for every pound you weigh because that's the requirements for muscle building. Now steroids are a totally different story. I take a multi-vitamin, protein, fish oil (cardiovascular health), and glucosamine for my bad joints. All are naturally occuring substances that you can get from food if u had time.

No, I think it's great that you have started out early in life - thats just about the only thing I regret, that I didn't start building muscle in some way earlier - because it means you'll have it as a lifestyle and long term muscle is stronger and much nicer looking too, and you'll help your body to health for the rest of your life. Remember jealousy can make people talk a lot of shit, just ignore it. Being healthy and strong is more important, and they will all envy you later too. :D - Joe

@heisback112 Proteins don't give you the ability to do these things. Training does. If you know a protein or drug that will enable you to immediately jump into handstand push ups, slap yourself immediately because you're dreaming.
Well done. I'm training HSPUs too. I can't do them without parallettes though, my right hand is kinda screwed and can't take the pressurre. Right now I'm doing ordinary pushups with extra weight.
well... regular handstand push ups with out using the parallettes is more using your fingers for balance... using the parallettes is more using your wrist for balance... it's not much of a difference though... just take's alittle bit more bnt balance for the parallettes HSPU... check my other account... I did 9 HSPU on the parallettes the account name is mikeconditioning
