IF venezuela is so rich in oil exporation, why there is so much poverty in Venezuela? there tons of slums in venezuela if you watch any video about the outskirts of Caracas?? only serious responders...

Saying that the new Bolivian's constitution was written to made Evo stay in power is pure political propaganda against him. It is just pure ignorance. The documents says that a president may be elected only twice and consecutively. Evo is serving his 2nd term while the assembly of constituent is passing the new constitution, meaning that he is already serving his last term. Previously there was no limit in terms for a president.

Bolivian's new constitution was written by elected representatives of all kinds and from every part of the country. These people included peasants, lawyers, teachers, economists, workers of all type which had some type of leadership to the place they represented. The result is a constitution that includes all the peoples desires. It is NOT a constitution written by Evo Morales or its "party".
