@l337pwnage love is a sacrifice. you would love them to the point where you'd give your life for them. sacrifice is a major factor you will include in a marriage. it doesn't mean you'll be miserable, it just means that you'll think of the other person's conmfort more often and so on.
@IamCharlotteh Its not a sacrifice if you aren't giving up what you would rather not have. If you would not want to live w/o a person, giving up your life to save them isn't a sacrifice because you are giving up a condition that you do not want in the first place.
If you take joy in helping others, it is not a sacrifice, and if you do not take joy in it, you shouldn't be doing it, because you probably won't be good at it anyway.

However, if you are willing to be damned for someone else's sake, then you could make a case for making a sacrifice. However, even then, if your ultimate goal is achieved, its still not a sacrifice because you take joy in the outcome.
@ExposingBadDrivers Well, if you saw somebody repeatedly putting a revolver in their mouth and pulling the trigger, and also teaching their kids to put revolvers in their mouths and to pull the trigger, wouldn't you want to say to them, "I really don't think that is a good idea, and here is why." even though as long as the revolver isn't loaded, no "harm" will happen?

A great video from arguably the most annointed contemporary christian group out there today. Also a great movie with many touching moments. In many of the scenes one can see very typical examples of how the Lord works in the lives of people. Two thumbs up!

I've never had a father, he was gone since I was 3 months old. I've had a step-dad since I was 5, but he's never really been there for me until he saw this movie. It changed him, and our whole family. I'm 14 now, and I'm glad that this movie was made, because I know it has changed just more than my family's life.
The Resolution is now available at Walmart for both men and women. It's frameable and cost only $7.97. Our church is planning to get them for each married couple we have. I encourage all you to have our churches do the same. The cost is not that much and the more of us that make a stand, the stronger the Kingdom will be! God bless you all!

i don't see the point on non-believers of Christ to bash on my God. Someone i LOVE. Has someone ever said anything bad about you loving your parents? your Gf/Bf? your wife? its an identical situation, not close though. Our lives are one storm after another for entire lives. The difference is, that with Jesus as our Lord and Savior, while He may not always calm the storms in our lives, He WILL calm we, His children in the midst of those storms. We have only to trust and let Him do what He does best. Listen to His still, small voice....
