@RYFO117 Subject Delta didn't die. In the Neutral ending he dies. Eleanor injects you so Delta can be part of her cause she dosen't want to lose him again. Like the Little Sister that stabs you when you are prisoned, she stabs you so now you can control her.

The girl who helps you after atlas/fontaine goes evil reprogrammed you and removed the would you kindly code but he still has other codes in him that only atlas/fontaine knows since he created them when he was born for example code o make his heart stop beating which it never did btw lol.
