i would say mccaw had a quiet one last year - dusatoir is the seven of 09, and elsom at 6 spies is also the most overrated player in the southern hemisphere, the guy has no presence in close and crucial matches. 8 would have to be heaslip (IRB player of the year may). loosehead had to go to benn robinson or woodcock and hore at hooker. Paul O'connel isnt that good. Conrad smith or Jaque Fourie at 13. I think giteau and morne steyn had better 2009 seasons than carter who didnt play much.
