the scenes where strike is alone with his train, with the music and the camera rolling out, maaaan, classic spike lee. one of my all time favorite scenes.
This film along with Fresh are my favorite films of the mid 90s, the montage scene when Strike is watching his train set and the clockers on the bench, conotes the meaning of the film, powerful film, well done spike.
Does anyone know for sure if the drug addicts are non actors?Every time I see this part they look hella real including the pregnant women. I mean I doubt they would allow illegal drug distribution in a film but damn.

2:30-3:15 is 100% truth. The 90's really had great inner city movies that dealt with real issues. These movies nowadays glamourize thugs, drug dealers and pimps as the American dream. We as blacks have to take it back to the old days or we will become extinct as a people.
