Hey would you recommend one of these because i saw one the other day and its for sale and they sound awesome but would stringing it left handed damage the sound or anything or would it just be like a regular acoustic?

Nice sound! I found one for 500 euros, do you think is it way too much? And man, don't listen to some doks here... your playing wasn't bad at all, just try to do some exercises with the metronome and divide each beat x 4, I mean 16/4... that's the key to tempo!

The tone is better than I was expecting: tight and punchy not harsh and metallic.
Work on the efficiency of your playing EVERY DAY -- you'll get there.

I tried a Reso bass at merlefest last year. They're really great, but I found that it was easyer to play with a pick...

Yes! I've been looking for somethign just like this. I've been very interested in getting that exact bass for a while and I've hadn't heard one till now (hard to find one in my state). So how happy are you with the bass? Let me know what you think and please post more videos!
