I was in an earlier march on Capitol Drive and a motorcycle cop got extremely close to protestor coming from behind her and if she would of moved an inch or two further out she would of been hit. The way some of these motorcycle cops are driving shows this is a form of harrassment. They could do their job differently but they choose not to. The officer-in-charge of this brigade of motorcycles is the one who needs his head examined.
