Thank you so much! i just ordered one on ebay and it comes with the ring sizers, and yes i only paid 6 dollars , free shipping . i should receive it in a few days. getting tired of using marker as a ring mandrel. haha !
@MsCraftLuvr I found one on ebay. I paid $6 for a ring mandrel and a key ring with all the ring sizers! That's my suggestion. A lot of sellers will even throw in free shipping! Mine did!
Thank you Karla, I really enjoyed watching you make the ring. I am just beginning to make wire rings. The first one I made I used a wire that was too thin and it didn't turn out well at all. After watching your video I know to use 20 gauge, looks so much nicer!
Thank you so much!!! I look forward to getting some supplies and making my first ring! Something totally mine and completely unique! Thanks for taking the time and effort to create and post this video!!....:)
Totally agree - re: cocktail tutorials. I love ur vids as always. I want to learn to make loads of rings so I can have different ones for everyday wear and all ocassions. I am sooooo into rings at the mo!
nice tutorial, i am always impressed with poeple giving out free knowledge that they sometimes learned the difficult and hard way. thank you because i might try and make a ring myself one day.
Thank you so much for this tutorial. I made this ring with the gold crystal and it is simply beautiful. My ring looks just like this one she is demonstrating. I love it.
hi,my name is john,im 16,have brown hair and no eyes.if you dont repost this to at least 5 videos,i will appear beside your bed at 9:00 P.M and kill you DONT R3AD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I love the jewelry you wear while doing these videos. I would really love for you to show how you do ALL of it. Every piece of beaded jewelry I do, I learn from you. The more you show us, the more we will do!!!
Hi Karla, I have tried Michaels, as well as Joanne fabrics, and having a heck of a time finding sterling silver wire, where can I find or order it? thanks..
that kind of attitude is brought by nothing more than a name-brand fetish. To have a clear appreciation of anything handmade, one must first understand that a NAME does not mean it is art. I am, of course, taking from your comment, to mean that you have no appreciation of the handmade jewelry artcraft, nor do you appreciate such things as gifts from friends/and or loved ones who have an interest in such.
Just go back to your shopping mall and drink your Shmirnoff Ices.
Love it!! Have to make some of these but can someone post if you can use a mandrel with a long groove in it from one end to the other or will the groove distort the ring? Thanks.
@tnkrbell322 using a mandrel with the groove should not present a problem. The groove is actually great for starting your wrapping on the sides as you turn the ring around so that you use the groove to start your side wrapping then once you have it started in on each side you can remove from mandrel and finish. Then place back on mandrel for any reshaping.
karla i am a new jewelry designer and i have talked to you before i made my first bling bling but i used a large pearl and it is so cute.. thanks karla..
love it! can u make a tut on the ring ur wearing on ur right hand please!!!!!
