Religion, and the belief in god has past its time. We now have science. Science is all based on fact, and if the facts are proven to be inacurate, then the scentists are willing to change their views, so they coincide with the evidence, where as religion changes the science to match their ideas. I haven't watched the clip yet, but I have often wondered about this paradox myself. Why do "hardcore" religious people seem to talk about sex just as much as the people whom they consider "immoral" and "wicked"? It's like the saying, "you become what you hate", or "as a man thinketh, so he is". The more "moral" people focus on "immorality", the more "immoral" their views on life actually become.

Tantra is a heterodox school of Hinduism. Sex is just one aspect to it. (More of a fertility thing). Alcohol, drugs, animal sacrifice all figure in it. It is a nihilistic reaction to Hindu dogma.
