i have this engine too, and it don't start. and have no spark. i think the condenser is discharged, how i can recharge it ( sorry for my bad english i'm italian )
@febeo92 The condenser is not a battery, if its bad you have to replace it. However, I could not find a replacement that fit under the flywheel, so I had to remove the old one, and attach a new "universal" on the stop wire (and to ground). Check\clean points first, they are usually the culprit, next condenser and then magneto\coil. It seems this engine has a common problem for weak\loss of spark. It can be many reasons to it.
@PugPunkRock Its a normal cheap automotive dry-type coil, its a heavy load for the points so it requires a resistor to limit current trough the points (light bulbs). I bought it at our local generic auto parts store (biltema).

What is the coil from that you are using? I have a 230v generator that uses the kf34 engine and have no spark.
