  • This is a really interesting video - I like it. However, I wish the punctuation was written correctly because sometimes I was reading things wrong. For example: Its vs. It's. (It's = it is) Moons (plural) vs. Moon's (possessive). I know, I know, people don't care about punctuation, but it really is frustrating for those of us who do. :) Anyway, very interesting video. Amazing how "we" know all this information. It's not like we went and physically visited the planets, ha ha!

  • this vid is rlly helping with my LA homework right now it due tomorrow. LIFESAVER!

  • A celestial body resembling a small planet but lacking certain technical criteria that are required for it to be classed as such.

  • The earth is roughly 4,600,000,000,000 years old, Algal stromatolites which are a bit like algae have been dated as old as 3,800,000,000,000 years old. That means the earth is 4.6 billion years old and life was already evolving 3.8 billion years ago on the warm cooling planet.

Our sun is a small star not necessarily one of the smallest stars in the known universe especially when talking about volume, certainly far from the largest though.

  • Actually the sun is one of the smallest stars in the known universe... not one of the largest.

  • @1983noddy Yeah it's a typo, I meant smallest but for some reason I typed largest! When I have time I'll fix it with an annotation, thankx xxx

  • @SazzleT400 no worries... kewl vid though!

  • @1983noddy He said in the known universe,it means it's the largest we know...

  • @Steccky8 but it's not the largest we know.

  • @1983noddy actually its a high to medium sized star

  • You claim that life has only existed on earth for 150-200 million years. This is incorrect. The Cambrian Explosion (the initial appearance of most of the major phyla currently on the planet) occurred more than 530 million years ago. Also, the earth is 4.5 billion years old.

  • @rdkitchens When I did my research, I didn't just believe information from one website I took it from many just to double check my facts. As I'm searching now for answers, it's very frustrating as I have websites saying life has been on Earth for 2 billion years, others say 150-200 million years, people who believe in the bible say 5,000 years (which I personally don't believe for one second). But after researching the Cambrian Explosion, I believe you are correct....

  • @SazzleT400 I'm sorry, but the Bible is totally accurate. You should read it,

    it changed my life! :-)

  • @rdkitchens ...it's the first time I have ever heard of it. They have fossilised evidence of their remains, thank you for bringing that to my attention. I don't have time now, but when I do I will fix that error with an annotation. x

  • @SazzleT400

The first replicating single cells are believed to have formed 3.5-4 billion years ago. It took 2-3 billion years for these cells to evolve into what we currently recognize as life.

  • Thx Sooooooooooo Much I Needed help with homework and this helped me ALOT!
