Learning to change themes and skins through a video has really eased my work and changing the back grounds like orange or black windows with solid texture is really interesting.
On your desktop right click and then click on personalize then a window pops up and click Windows Colour and Appearance and hopefully that helped you. Also it doesnt work on Windows Home Basic. Only on Ultimate, Premium and Business
1:22 my vista haven't got that options. I only hav that ugly vista theme that you can see in the little window at 0:40. For a few days I had the normal Vista design that he has to in this video. But when I turned my pc on the next it had the Windows classic Design and the Ugly Vista design can some one help me?

Their might be a program you can download to make it look like his but i don't know. the reason your windows don't look like that is because you have basic and you need premium or higher for it to look like his.
Thanks for replying but I found out that home basic version has it. Go to controll panel then click windows colour and apperance nd then click windows vista the 1st result then it will change your background picture or colour to the vista scheme and have the nice close and minimize button

I think the best option is to "upgrade" back to XP. Vista is nasty.
