Hey Brandon, great and informative video. Question, did you get any responses to your question about how to do video monograms? I have been trying to figure out how to do that too, with no success so far. I would love to hear your feedback on this.

Are you still useing your Pioneer/Serato Rig with Video Sl.... If so how is working for you?

So you're looking to make "On Screen Gobo's"

Try Xara3d.... You can make 3d text and automate it to whatever font you wish (which is the easiest but.. you don't get too many options...)

... or... you can go hard... and create it in Vegas Video or After Effects.... (more complicated but higher quality and endless possibilities) You can make a template (In either program) for an on screen monogram and just change the names (or Letters) for each client and render in HD...

You can do all this effects with Serato plus MixEmergency is a video plugin for serato. Thats all i used for video mixing it supports jpegs. you should look it up. Some of the best video DJs prefer it.

Brandon one possible program to use for monograms is powerpoint. u can animate the font and design it to the clients preferences.
