  • I remember this game. La Russa heaved a bat into the stands after Steinbach was carted off. Landed on the screen behind home plate. Thats when he got tossed.

  • I respect that reporter for standing up for himself. Respect goes 2 ways.

  • I have always tried to respect the fact that reporters have a job to do like anyone else but the unfortunate truth is that many of them like this guy need to have their heads pulled out of their butts. They are far too arrogant and superior.

  • How in the world can a reporter say to a Manager, "Be a man". Writers may not like it but they have to be deferential and not inflammatory when a manager is angry at them or is yelling. The PRESS needs the manager and the team, not vice-versa. Learn to respect and be beholden to those who feed you, you bunch of self-important, pseudo-intellectual jackoffs.

  • I LOVE! La Russa. He always protects his club his players and the organization that he represents. He has no tolerance for MORONS! I love it!

  • Got as much sense as a buncha... kid just fuckin born! = Hard to talk when your pissed

  • Dont yoi ever bring your ass back in here!

  • Tony LaRussa is one fiery manager.

  • I love 80s back round music

  • @JudgeSteelflax what the hell is a back round? Like hunchback?

  • @JudgeSteelflax

    90s, not 80s. This was June 1, 1991.
